Thanks! I hope it's useful. It's a lot of work!

I'm surprised at the lack of big announcements throughout the week. By Tuesday all the phones -- mostly by third-rate companies like Huawei or Pantech -- had been announced. No new big Samsung, HTC, etc. announcements. No huge carrier announcements, really, besides T-Mobile saying they'd get HD Voice and LTE.

Anyone else notice that?

It was definitely a slower year for phones compared to the last two CES events.

Companies have been moving away from making their announcements at trade shows. Also, if you're a company that is going to announce phones at a major show, MWC (next month) has become the big one for that.

Personally I found the Exynos 5 to be exciting, it's 70% improvement in power efficiency,... any news in power efficiency is good news!

Samsung will have their own event to announce the Galaxy S4, probably sometime towards the end of March.
