The past two times that I have gotten a red banner there has been no email sent. This last time I havent even been on the site for almost 24 hours. PLease let me know if these have been sent out in error, or at least send me an email letting me know why my account is being flagged.
Please make sure you are checking the email account for the address you have on file with us, and that it hasn't been lost in spam. The emails do go out; most people receive them. We have checked recently to make sure that system is working.
I can't email you the warnings again if you're not receiving mail at that address. I will try, though.
