Possible Needed Glossary Addition

Jul 15, 2011, 12:50 PM
I noticed qHD (Quarter High Definition) is not listed in the Glossary. Honestly, none of my internal stuff describes exactly what it is and I'm more of a software person than a hardware person. I can't find the time to look it up on my own and restricted browsers at work are not conducive to this Sad

It is a screen resolution... little bit denser than WVGA.

I want to say it is 960x540 for qHD versus 800x480 for WVGA.

The iPhone "retina" display is technically a qHD display as well, although it has a higher resolution of 960x640.
