So basically
you're feeling guilty about having a relationship with someone and what you guys did when you were together. Those memories aren't just going to go away just because you are in a relationship with a different woman. You're not straying just because of a memory of something. It would only be a problem if you seek out to try and go and bang your ex or another woman. You're a male, and more than likely a overly desperate horny male because you went from banging every day to nothing at all with your current woman. Does she do other things for you like hand stuff? If not, maybe you should walk your dog a few times to get a release..
