i hate hate slip sitting just as much as anyone else, but when i get yelled at by annother rep in my dept when i've been walking around looking for a seat for 2 hours then get told that im a liar that a TL told me to sit, that's the kind of BS that makes people quit here. I like some of the people who work in my center, but i hate most of them. I dont know where they find these people, but i do know why they aren't looking for new jobs...because they can't get hired anywhere else.

Does anyone in Hali have any Tylenol? I will be your slave forever and ever if you do. I have a migraine and I left my prescription at home. Please help me

Absolutly brutal phone selection and 1x data is a joke. But in the service kills Telus and Rogers. So to any Telus or Rogers user in Nova Scotia... are there sites anywhere to be able to upgrade operating system of this unit to the 2003 or better? can java be added to the system to allow certain games to be playable. when I first got this unit and opened internet all pictures on the screen were opened. now all I get are markers which I have to open one at a time.Is there to fix this. when I activesync my pda to my desktop, the resolution on the desktop changes to 340 x 680 ? once disconnected it returns to normal. I go in and change resolution during sync but it has to be done every time I sync. can this be fixed. does anyone know if the card game, TEXAS HOLDEM is available to this unit. thamks for yoour help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't really get off on fireworks... I don't particularly like them, and I'm not necessarily against them. That is, until tonight.

I'm in Halifax, and just spend the last 15 minutes (seems like 2 hours) listening to the fireworks. these same fireworks happened to block the McDonald Bridge and make it so I couldn't go into Halifax on my day off and see the 'wife' 👿 . As if that wasn't enough there is a group of 30 somethings upstairs drinking and partying while cranking 70's/80's country music. These are the same people you would see driving down the road in a faded '85 Pontiac Firebird with their mullets waiving majestically in the wind.

I am being punished!!! I am in the GoPhone split. The only good thing is that it is a little slower than the 3G one. Only problem is I missed everything about GoPhone's in training.

Ok, so I'm REZ and I take escalated calls. I have the "empowerment of a supervisor I just don't have the paper work"
That usually gets a laugh, and the customer will work with me. But no today it got a snarl, and an immediate escalation to Tier 2. I being the good rep attempt to de-escalate the customer. I can help you. I've got all the ability and power of a "manager" ect... I even went so far as to say and I quote "Really ma'am you're better off with me I take escalated calls every day all day I work with the systems all day. They maybe work the phone for an hour each day and maybe take one call a week. I have more knowledge and more experience than the "MANAGER" I'm sure you all can guess how well that flew with the customer.

im my call center we have to do training on gsm systems(most where still on tdma)and its just so boring and they completely changed our shifts around i go from thursday to thrusday(one week) from 3.15pm to 11.45pm and then be back at work on friday at 8.am-5 pm for another week and then go back to my normal shifts of 9-6
