I am pleased to announce that it is fact true...the new Motorola Ironhide will be coming to Sprint.
Through resources that I am unable to disclose I have gotten a definitive answer reguarding the Iron Hide. It will be the first full touch screen "rugged" phone offered by Sprint, and supported by the all new Android 4.0 HFS (HotFudgeSundae)teamed with the new design which provides a fully operational rugged smart phone. This phone is also coupled with a 5.0MP rear facing camera as well as a forward facing camera for video conferance capabilities.

My roommate works for sprint, and has informed me that Sprint and Verizon are talking about a possible merger/buyout. Knew it would happen eventually.

Anyone heard anything about Hulu+ or Netflix coming to Gingerbread anytime soon? My purchase of an LG G-Slate is dependent on having those two apps.

Any updates? Let me know what is up with that because I want to happen and I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing!!

Does anyone know when they might come out with the next version of the Samsung Convoy? Interested in getting a reliable Verizon phone with god call quality, reception, durability but without much care to bells and whistles. Hoping for an update with some improvements, possibly including micro USB.

sprint is changing their network to improve the coverage by 117% by the end of 2012. they are going to use the nextel spectrum along with there current cdma network to make new devices that will use all three networks and the tower will switch to these differnt networks depending on what kind of area the phone is in. this is true just had a training on it.

Anyone heard of any new phones running Android coming out before the end of this summer for Verizon Wireless that have a form factor no bigger than the Incredible 2? That's my top choice for upgrading at the moment, but I really don't want to carry around anything bigger in size than that. 4G is Not a must have either for me. Anyone aware of anything? Just weighing out my options before I commit to another 2 years.

Is there any good high end android phones with full QWERTY keyboards coming to at&t or does anyone know a good site to get unlocked ones with at&ts 3g bands? I have the Samsung infuse 4g right now
