Pathetic Internet speed
reception difficulties for a newly purchased BOOST phone
The issue is that I specifically asked the sales persons about the quality of this particular device's reception. The answer was that it was 'very good'. Since using my phone and my friend also using his phone over the last 24 hours, we have experienced poor, fading, reception. We tested the reception in several geographic locations and are very disappointed with the unsatisfactory quality of reception. My friend went to speak with the people at the store and they were rude and unwilling to offer a solution.
