corded neckband headset?

I'm looking for a more comfortable headset to use with an iPhone. Rather not have it in the ear or on the head all the time, so I'm thinking a neckband-type headset would be best.

I also want high audio quality, so I'm looking for a corded/wired one.

I've tried various Bluetooth headsets, and a neckband-type one*, and the sound quality with them are all not good, muddy. I want crystal clarity like with the iPhone's onboard mike, but I've got carpal tunnel so I can't hold the phone long.

Any suggestions, please?

External battery packs

It's annoying when my phone/tab go dead and there isn't any wall power source around. Then an external battery pack is a must have. I'm looking for an external battery pack then I can put it in my bag as backup power when out for camping. I've tried Anker Astro E4, but it can't charge my tab. Rolling Eyes Anyone has a good external battery?

Moto G Flip Case Review

I recently got the Moto G with Verizon Prepaid and prior to getting my phone I ordered the Moto G Flip Case in Lemon Lime from Motorola.com. I personally prefer folio cases compared to open face cases like Otterbox.

The overall design of the case is very high quality it feels like a rough cloth on the outside for a good grip, and has a velvety microfiber interior for the screen cover. The package it came in was super simple to open which I appreciate.

Also the screen cover has a magnet which turns the display on and off when its opened and closed.

The lemon lime color is closer to a neon yellow than green but I still like it.

My only negative has nothing to do with the case but with Motorola's shipping. When ordering the case ...

GM to introduce wireless charging in select 2014 models

Buy a new car today, and it’s likely to come with Bluetooth to wirelessly stream phone calls and music from your smartphone. It doesn’t do away all the cord clutter in your cabin, unfortunately. If you want to charge your phone, you still need a USB cable.

Several manufacturers are racing to integrate wireless charging tech, and it looks like GM may be the first to deliver on a large scale. According to a Bloomberg report, the company is hashing out details with the folks at Powermat.

GM invested in Powermat back in 2011 and integrated its charging system in the 2012 Chevy Volt. It’s no surprise that GM now wants to expand the partnership.
While that’s certainly good news, it’s not good news for everyone. There’s no single...

The Way of Charging A Lithium Ion Battery

Lithium ion batteries are now widely used in cell phones because of its highly efficient and environmental friendliness. While a lithium ion battery is being charged, ions are forced into the anode and cathode of the battery by the electric current. The process of charging is simple if you follow some simple precautions to insure safety and to maximize the life of the batteries. Always check the battery manufacturer's specifications before you charge a lithium ion battery. Improper charging may result in a serious fire hazard.

1. Use a battery charger which is designed for the lithium ion batteries. Never use a low power (trickle charge) system. This can cause lithium to adhere to the anode and oxygen to be generated at the cathode, produ...

Tips for Storing Lithium Ion Batteries

Nowadays, rechargeable lithium ion batteries are commonly used in cell phones and other portable devices. The batteries can be stored when they are not installed in a device, for a period of time without irreparable harm. If lithium ion batteries are stored in conditions that are too hot or cold, or without any charge, they may not be able to be revived when they are needed.

1. Using a battery charger that is meant for lithium ion batteries, charge your batteries. Lithium ion batteries had better be charged at least at 40 percent to avoid future charging problems. If you battery is completely power off, you need to charge it for about half an hour to get to 40 percent.

2. Find a cool and dry place to store your lithium ion batteries. A...

Galaxy Note 2 Smart Dock Review

First off ill start saying that the galaxy note 2 is a great phone and with this dock makes it even greater. This is the best dock I have seen on any platform. Worth the money if you want to charge and output to a television or other display device. Great for watching Netflix and you can hook up a mouse and keyboard. It works great surfing the web and editing documents, almost as good as a desktop for certain things. You can also hook up a usb controller to play games (particularly old emulated SNES and Playstation 1 games). It works as advertised and is worth the cost if you want to get a lot more out of your Note 2. This is one great Accessory to have if you buy a Note 2 it may cost a little but its extremely worth the price to have this a...

Protective Film Suggestions?

Does anyone have a protective film on their device, and if so, which brand? I had my device waterproofed (Liquipel) and they also applied Gadget Filmz to the screen but less than a week after getting it back two air bubbles have appeared thus I am looking for an alternative though I was sent a replacement by the company but the application process looks like too much work.

Case for iphone 4

Last month I heard about the antennaproblems of iphone 4, so I got a free case from iPhone, though there are no problems with my own one. But unfortunately, I lost the case during my travel when I took it off and washed it. that dismayed me since I got the case only for a week, so I had to buy a new one for my iphone 4. Then I bought 2 cases from Internet at a time which stated that they are designed for the iphone 4 and can solve the antennaproblem. There are so many cases for iphone 4, so I choosed 2 cute cases, one looks like an angle (http://www.tinydeal.com/case-iphone-4-px2yo4 -msc8014-p-7214.html) and the other like devil (http://www.tinydeal.com/case-for-iphone-4g-p x2yo4-p-7210.html), luckly, it is fortunately suitable for my iphone, ...
