Cool free mobile games WAP site

Hey all,

Have found a great WAP site where you can download free mobile games straight to your phone. I would recommend the Sky Force game which is probably the best shoot 'em up I have played on a mobile.
Point your phone to: http://wap.gamemobile.co.uk/free-mobile-games .wml

Hey, I have a Moto V551. Is there anyway to put some version of Pokemon on there? Can I buy it from Cingular, or is there some way to get it online? Thanks.

Try out a new simple Java app for mobile phones

Tested on Moto Razr, P900 and Nokia Series 60. Do let me know if you are able to run it on other phones.

The application lets you access web content in a unique way. You can start by subscribing to your favorite sports feeds, news, flickr tags, horoscopes, RSS/Atom feeds, etc. in a couple of clicks and stay updated with the latest. You can exchange free text messages with anyone using this application (even bring your friends on board), share articles that interest you, invite anyone for discussion, create a community to stay connected with the people you know or like minded people that you want to meet.

If you want to explore more you can link to people already using this app and also by inviting your friends. The people you link to...

downloading games from computer

Hi!
I want to get a phone that lets my son download the games he creates on the computer--to the phone. Do I have to purchase data services (a monthly service with Cingular) to do this???
He says you just get a cable and coonect from the phone to the computer. But will it download without a "service" that charges me a monthly fee??

OTA problems on Motorola V3

Hello all.

I'm developing software for Motorola V3.
I'm trying to send the software by OTA to the phone but nothing gets into it.

I did the OTA to many other phones - Motorola C380 C650, Nokia etc with success.

Actually the OTA is working on the V3 in a different country - I was successfully did the OTA in Isreal, but when I came to Mexico and bought another V3, it didn't work.

My V3 is open to any operator and I tried with 2 in Mexico and nothing.

I tried to send the OTA to ports: 2948, 4035 and 4036 and nothing.

Do anyone has a clue ?

Thanks Nadav.

Nokia 6255 and Java games

Since Cellular South does not offer internet services on their phones where would you find games that are downloadable to a MMC so that you could run those games in the phone via memory card? Can you even do this???
