If the phone does not work, or you can not get service, it really does not matter what plan you have, you could have a $10/month plan that is unlimited everything, and it is a waste of maoney. If you can not use the phone or the service, then it is not a good plan. my advice, find a carrier that works for you, at least you could use the service. I would not even want a phone that I can not use, if I wanted a phone that I could not use, I would never get one in the first place.

And do not forget, qwest does not have their own towers anymore, you are using sprints system, qwest is just re-selling sprint.
