well I seriously doubt that there are worse companies then qwest when it comes to customer srevice.. I've been getting the run around the last 24hrs on my account because some R-tard at qwest fat fingered the keyboard or misswrote my birth year.. instead of 1971 they had 1921, so when i called for support they flagged it and disabled it till i could fax them my birth cert and state ID..

did i mention I JUST GOT THIS PHONE ACTIVATED ON MONDAY??
