Union Wireless is operating tdma/analog on its Cellular B license and GSM on its PCS license. The Cellular B license would be a perfect fit to Alltels existing coverage because it would fill in the rest of Wyoming, the northwest portion of Colorado and a little tiny spot on the extreme northeast corner of utah. Union's PCS license covers the whole state of wyoming, northwest colorado and north eastern utah. They might run into a little fcc/doj trouble in parts of wyoming and utah because alltel already owns the cellular a side and at least 10 mhz of pcs spectrum and there is only one other significant competitor in most of those areas. Union is a small "family" owned company that has absolutely not plans to sell out. They have been approached by many companies over the years and the answer is always no.
