Ok..you probably already know but..
What is left of Alltel (105 Markets around the country) are being sold. 79 of them to AT&T and the other 26 to Atlantic TeleNetwork..The vote for the AT&T purchase happens in October or early November.
These markets were not able to be acquired by the Verizon merger that happened earlier this year. The DOJ and FCC said that you can't have that much.
