I have a BB pearl 8130 with no data plan, and a data block. I have had it this way from the time I bought the device at full price. I was able to send and receive picture messages with no problem until last week. When I call tech. support, I'm told I cant access pic. messaging with the data block on the line, and have to have the plan.
As I have mentioned, I have not had a data plan, and had the block( to avoid any accidental overages) for some time now, and able to send/receive pics. What has changed, and how can I start sending receiving pics again?
Thank you for any help. I know that most people here believe any and all BB's should have a data plan, but i simply do not use the Internet on my device, and do use all the other features on smart phones. but any help would be nice.
