I called Customer Retentions tonight because I am so disappointed in the Evoke. The guy didn't ask ANY questions at all once I told him how crappy the phone was. He asked me to pick any phone they had and it will be overnighted to me this weekend and once I recieve it, take the Evoke back in the store and get my $200 back. I dread going in the store though, because they wouldn't let me exchange it. But now, they have no choice, the guy in CS at Alltel told me I had to return it or I would be charged full retail and that's way more than $200. Wow, I still can't believe how bad the Evoke is and how poorly it's made!
