In Calling - Alltell phone on Verizon

I went to the Verizon website for " In Calling " ( free mobile to mobile ) it says my Alltel phone numbers are " In "

Does this mean I can call people with Verizon cell phones for free now ?

Not yet. There is some discussion on-going at Howard Forums that says non-divested Alltel customers should have the "mobile to mobile" feature calls to Verizon customers by 3/1/09.
