Does anyone know where i can get free ringtones especially for the i830?

you could download them from your phone or from http://www.nextel.com/services/javaapps/index .shtml?id4=shop_link4;ringtones
then just follow the instructions . if you need any more help ask me.

You have to search for them on the site, but "free" ringtones and wallpaper are avail. here:
