your answer to your question is that you wont be charged as long as your in your calling area. you wont be charged long distance . you will also get charged by makin calls out side your calling area..

what i suggest if you dont wanna deal with those long distance charges do a restriction . its called a long distance restriction. i hope that helps

correct.

"but if i call them i will be charged?"
also correct

"i dont have long distance on my nextel its just a local plan"

but if you call outside your area you will have to pay for that i think its 20 cents per min. if i were you i would get a long distance restriction so you wouldnt have to worry about calling long distance and gettin those charges.

i assume you mean adding the long distance restriction. well what you do is monday call customer care (611) from your phone or 800 639 611 not from your phone. talk to customer service and say you want long distance restriction onto the account where you have the local plan. its that simple. tell me how it goes tomrow.

and your not buggin me. your asking questions and i provide you the answers. keep on with the questions if you have any.
