service restricted

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I went to use my i95 and when I hit talk, it says service restricted. I can still use my direct connect, but no telephone. In the menu, under service status, the phone says service restricted, but there is no way to change it. I was going to call CS service, but they are closed. Thanks in advance.

I tried that several times. Didn't work. But I talked to CS this morning and they had me do a master reset. It worked fine after that. I asked the rep why it did that, and he gave me the analogy that it is like a computer freezing, it happens once and a while. Thanks for the response though

I don't remember all of it but here goes:

"May I have your mobile telephone number, area code first please?"

"I don't have a mobile phone, it's a flip phone."

"I'm sorry, what is your flip phone number?"

"It's an LG, is the model number on the box?"

"Not the model number, I need your telephone number so I can access your account."

"My phone number? It's xxx-xxxx."

"And the area code?"

"xxx-xxx-xxxx"

"Thank you" (Computer tells me not a valid number.)

"Sir, is that a verizon wireless cell phone?"

"No, it's my home phone. Did you want my cell number?"

"Yes, sir, I'm sorry for the confusion, can I have your cell number, area code first."

"Sure, xxx-xxxx, area code xxx"

(About this time my head exploded...
