WHY DO PEOPLE WANT TO COME TO NEXTEL?????? NEXTEL IS HORIBLE. I work for them. I get SO MANY CALLS EACH DAY from PISSED off people. Anywho, its your choice. You can take your i90 to the dealer. All you need is a new sim card, and a credit check. Be prepared for a 200$ or 500$ deposit if you have bad or no credit. Once you get a new SIM card, you have to call the Nextel Welcome-Verify department. MAKE SURE that all the info the dealer wrote down (like your address, social security, billing address) is correct. If you get as much as ONE digit of ur social security number wrong, you can end up waiting up to 72 business hours to have your phone activated. And also, on your first bill, expect a DOUBLE CHARGE, because we charge one month in advance. So, if your rate plan is 50$, and you also add on insurance for 5$, your first bill will come out to 110$ plus taxes, plus 35$ activation fee, PLUS a TAX on the activation fee (that is SOO STUPID). If the dealer tells you that s/he can waive the activation fee, DON"T BELIVE HIM/HER!!! If they try to sell you a discounted phone, DON"T BELIVE HIM/HER!!! Dealers (most of them) are stupid and say **** just cuz they wanna sell things and get commission. That pretty much covers it, if you have any more questions, holla at me.
