MANIAC

Jan 28, 2004, 9:42 AM
Just figured I would ask... what info people have for Nextel new build, new sites, for 2004?
We have a loose list of sites for central and northern Vermont where we are rep for Nextel... Anybody know anything about southern Vermont, north western Massachusetts, or western New Hampshire?

No, because NEXTEL just dumped a bunch of money in advertising and has no more money to spend on it's network... how's that for a return on their customers investment!

Like I said... We have a loose list of sights for central and northern Vermont (11 new sites in total).... If anyone knows about the western New Hampshire build that info would be greatly appreciated.

Umm, wrong. Nextel is pushing heavily this year to expand their coverage. Something like 2000 new towers are expected(or at least that's what they are shooting for).

Awesome info... I wonder how Verizon stacks up? Still looking for specific info on the new build in my area... Southern Vermont, North Western Mass. and Western New Hampshire. I have a site list for central northern Vermont and receive updates on construction weekly...

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thnks!

I haven't had any new requests for the construction of any new towers (except for 1 AM radio station) in Palm Beach County, Fl. as my office is part of the tower approval process.

This doesn't take into account co-location on existing structures or building rooftops, which I don't see, and seems to be very popular now as new tower erection is generally frowned upon.
