i95cl dropping in price?
It should, but right now the i730 is only about $50 more, I would spring for that.

I just purchased a I95cl on Wednesday last week for $84.99 AR with free shipping, Free DVD movie (19.99 coupon) through Buy.com
I also saw it go as low as $49.99 for about a day but then it shot up to $174.99 - $50 invoice credit = 124.99 at Buy.com also.
Amazon has similuar pricing.
Remember that these phones are a discontiued (or being discontinued very soon) phones so once there done making them the only way to get them will be used.
I usually dont purchase phones though Nextel Retail Sales cause the prioces they offer for the phones are a bit high IMHO.
My suggestion is to either wait a few more weeks and see if it will go for free after rebates or wait 6 months when the I730 will start going down on prices when the I830's...

where can i find out any specs of the i95 replacement (you called it i830)? I got the i60 for free and my contract ends in April. I might as well wait for that to come out instead of shelling out for a souped up i90.

Depends on what you consider a good price. there are guys selling there i95s and upgrading to the new i730. Nextel will drop the price on the 95 tell they are sold out, its being retired. Amazon might have a price you are looking for. Do you want new or used. Ebay will more than likely be used. Let me know what you consider a fair price. I have an i90, and don't think i will be upgrading till the i860 comes out.
