i1 Customer Experiences

This is for i1 customers on Nextel, not Boost Mobile.

How is the phone? Is it better or worse than the blackberry, if you came from the 8350i?

Any thoughts/opinions/ideas/likes/dislikes/proble ms/etc are needed. Thank you!

Can't speak for customers (yet), but initial programming has been a nightmare.

Really? All of mine have been smooth activations. There's no programming, just a Master Reset, seeing how its iDEN and all.

I've master reset them & got network errors. About 1/3 of the time, thus far.

Well, ummm... I don't know what to say about that. i1's must activate better for Premier customers, it's one of the few benefits.

Psh. I guess. Error "Not registered on Network" after the Reset. Just got another one.

Make sure they have a signal after the reset, a lack thereof tends to cause that error. Other than that, it's up to Tech to figure out what's going on, I guess...

never had problems adivating the i1 ive done like 50 of them or so maybe more
