Okay, so the sarcasm went right over your head. I guess employees would get it; the majority of customers told that switching to Sprint will get them better data in their area at the cost of the Direct Connect feature reply "Well that's no problem, nobody I know uses that anyways."

Obviously, people still use the feature, else Nextel would no longer exist. I guess I forgot that everyone here takes everything %100 literally. Any employee who takes customer calls will find humor in the post as a whole, because it's things we repeat to customers with ongoing 8350i problems daily. I'm pretty certain that the original post answered every question that they ask about what we'll do about their 8350i's multiple repairs/replacements. Granted, this would apply to any phone model in the same circumstances, but it's *ALWAYS* the 8350i.

I'm sorry that the three people in the country with working 8350i's are butthurt over this post.
