Once again, Nextel phones in general do their job well. If you need Direct Connect for your job, get ANYTHING exept the 8350i.
The 7100i Nextel Blackberry had little to no problems. The 8350i is a mess. It's the most repaired and most replaced Sprint/Nextel phone, period. That's not speculation or rumor, this is based sheerly on the number of tech support tickets that are placed daily on this model alone.
