Nextel does pretty good with the Motorola phones. They're durable, call quality is generally good, and Direct Connect is useful for those who need it.

That 8350i is a disaster though, I get at least three customers a day who have been doing troubleshooting for weeks and are at wits end. It just seems to dissatisfy many more customers than it satisfies.
