I completely agree with wade!!! We are a RETAIL OUTLET STORE (translation) WE SELL STUFF!!!!!!! And i do agree we are and should be knowledgable of what our product can and can not do. For example selling someone a Rumor 2 on a simply everything plan and saying they get GPS navigation and Sprint TV on the Rumor 2 is just a lie and stupid. We as "sales reps" need to make sure we are giving the customer the type of phone they are looking for and you must know your product or they are going to be pissed as all get out. But we can't know everything about every single phone and at the same time i don't have to spend the next 2 hours on the phone with Tech Support trying to figure our why YOUR phone is broken, and chances are YOU are the one who broke it!! So here's tech supports number, no worries they are english speaking, and please call from another phone so you can fix your own mistake and maybe learn your phone a little better instead of having me do it and enabling you to thinking and do for yourself!!!
