How many employees of Sprint do we have on here?.. and i mean DIRECT sprint not 3rd party "authorized dealers".. just wondering.. i've been on this site for years and just now signed up for an account but been a long time sprint employee. Thanks!!! 🙂
...
I work in a corporate service and repair center
...
I do too.. infact i work in the only service and repair in iowa.. are you guys as busy we are? Half the time we've got a 3.5 hr wait time and we are trying to get the wait times down... cause they SUCK! 🙄
...
We don't have a 3.5 hour wait....more like an hour....we usually have about six technicians working everyday, and 3-4 reps selling and doing etickets.
...
ahhhmmm...... im a third party dropped by to say hi and enjoy being a part of the team! 🙂
...
Corp. Rep here, in Good ol' wisconsin.
...
3rd party DM here. Just thought I would say that aside from having a Tech/Repair service, we still give alot of business to Sprint just like corporate because of the outrageous wait times at the Corp. Stores. Also, I have been told that my employees are much more sympathetic and understanding to people's problems and much more friendly as well. Thanks.
...
😳 are you saying a third party is better than a corp store? Thats a joke 🤣
...
He's saying his 3rd party can take up the slack from a corp store, and that his employees are better in his eyes.
I'm indirect too, we might be going multicarrier (probably adding AT&T to the kiosk) which I'm not looking forward to. In my area AT&T customers are tools.
...
😉 Sprint Business Premier Care - A Call Center
...
Woo, Business Premier!
...
pcm here too and loving it 😳 🤣
...
Vendor Call Center, Promotions/Customer Care.
...
Corp. Sales Rep - California 😎

I'm sorry but Sprint sucks. Bad company to work for, even worse company to be a customer of. You guys have world-class, legendary bad customer service, billing errors up the a$$, your customer service in India is terrible, you're just losing customers by the hundreds of thousands every quarter. I don't see how you can sign a customer up for Sprint and feel good about it, knowing all the problems they will likely face during the life of their contract. I would encourage Sprint employees to keep an eye out for other jobs....Sprint/Nextel is a sinking ship. Jump off while you can!

your an idiot, sprint is a great company to work for and its not going anywhere. its not hard to bash people and their jobs when all you ask at work is do you want fries with that. its gameover for you buddy, and by the way i dont know if you checked our quarterly reportings through 2008, our churn dropped lower than tmobile and at&t and the only thing keeping verizon posting positive is the merger with alltel. and the last guy was right, the dude asked if you work for sprint not, do you wanna cry on my shoulder, if you still had sprint id cancel your account.

i work in a sprint call center...clc proactive retention...outbound sales pitches to renew contracts.

How long does it take before Sprint purges customer information from their system after a customer has canceled service?
Example; I've started new service several times but every time my old information is still on file with Sprint (or whatever) and it confuses the activation agent and makes the process of activation way harder than it should be.
Thanks
...
hummm i'd have to look at the policy for record retentions. but from what i have seen, some ppls info have been on there for quite awhile.
...
ok, from what i gathered, this is what policy is...
Customer Billing/Invoices/Support 10 years
Customer Collection and Credit Files 6 years
Customer Contracts and Supporting Documents Retain while active + 10 years after expiration
Customer Files Retain while file is active + 3 years
...
I would think it might make things easier if the old info was deleted in a timely manner.

Sprint corporate here... been a lurker for a while but i just signed up today... it finally got to me reading reviews of the 8350i and how uninformed people are... i had to correct people trying to compare iDen internet to CDMA internet and saying that the 8350i was meant to replace the curve... um... yea...
...
ive worked here for 6 years and been a fan of the site for a long time. i decided to register after i read some toolbags story about how much he hates sprint and how the surveys are unfair. i told him to quit. ha
