Well here we are in the midst of another hurricane down in the gulf coast area. And what do you know. My Nextel Phone never failed me. My family is now on Sprint and lo and behold their phones are working fine, with no loss of cellular service even though we have evacuated.

However, the same can't be said for AT&T and Verizon. I still have friends that had to stay in New Orleans because they are essential personell and guess what they have either AT&T (Because that is whom they work for) or Verizon (Stupidly) guess who they had to call to communicate with their family members. Yep me on my nextel cell service. The family members aren't even in the 504 area code presently and have evacuated but their Verizon and AT&T phones still will not work. HMMMM, so who is the joke now. Even Alltell and T-mobile phones are working.

Sorry Verizon sorry AT&T, I'm not buying your product.
