I have to lines on the account and the main line is supposed to be the one getting the messages from Sprint, like, collection notification etc. but its the 2nd line whos receiving it all. Any explanation to this? I call care, they said theres not much they can do.

yes, there is, you can also go into a store and if they know what they are doing they can "rank" your subscriptions that will take place on the next billing cycle. hope that helps

thanks 🙂 but I Care already did that last month. I still get the same issue. I just want my notifications sent to me directly. you know, I have what they call spending limit on my account and I dont want to miss any notices before they turn my phone off. i guess it all started when they uploaded my account to the new billing system. 😡

hummm if its in IRMS then there is actually a place to put the phone# to receive notifications( i believe its in the securities options) maybe try having them check that, either that or you billing cycle just didnt complete yet and the other number is still receiving them till then.

Since it is a multi line account all they need to do is go into CSM, and under actions I think go to LTS subscriber ranking, and select your line to be the primary....effective next bill cycle. they can do it. just tell them you want your line to be the primary.
