Re: A joke ("Derizon" stoops to new lows)
And now Verizon (a.k.a. "Derizon", from the root word "derision") begins their attack ads against Nextel PTT. Derizon hasn't the guts to do it face-on, they just use innuendo and childish hints to get their message across; using the tried and true "FUD" way to win business (fear, uncertainty, doubt). It's just like Derizon to pick on the smallest kid in the school yard to ensure that it can win the fight.
Derizon has a decent network, and I recognize that is all a lot of people want, but Derizon is one sleazy outfit, and I for one choose to not support the business-world equivalent of a sleazy political campaign.
One day Derizon's sleazy business tactics will come into the spotlight, and the public will actually see the man behind the curtain, and it will be a sleazy man who's business methodology is simply to bad-mouth the competition to claw his way to the top.
Derizon always takes the low road. Nextel always took the high road. I'm sticking with Nextel, for better performance AND better ethics.
Too bad Nextel gave Derizon all those handsets right after 9-11 to help Derizon get back on their feet after their network went down. Derizon=Sleaze.
