3rd party DM here. Just thought I would say that aside from having a Tech/Repair service, we still give alot of business to Sprint just like corporate because of the outrageous wait times at the Corp. Stores. Also, I have been told that my employees are much more sympathetic and understanding to people's problems and much more friendly as well. Thanks.
