I do have to say that a year ago when I canceled a Nextel ic502 phone within the 30-day trial period, the cancellation and refund all went exactly as they said it would, and it all took place within the time-frame they outlined to me. It could be the difference between the Nextel side and the Sprint side; although a mere shadow of its former self, the Nextel side still seems to function way better than the Sprint side does.
My advice is, always wait at least a full week after cancelling one order before attempting to input a new order. NOBODY's system can digest the rapid-fire on-again/off-again order placements & cancellations that you described.
