PTT=Push To Talk (Nextel's iDEN Direct Connect or Boost's Chirp)
Q-Chat=VoIP (Voice over IP) PTT through CDMA EvDO Rev.A networks (Sprint's Direct Connect)

Most likely there's going to be a Blackberry Q-Chat PTT enabled phone in 3rd or 4th quarter.

Just incase you didn't know CDMA is what Sprint's network runs off or, and iDEN is Nextel's network. EvDO is the 3rd generation data technology on Sprint's network.
