But, I would agree, the phone probably just needs to be power cycled. And take the SIM out as well once off. However, it could also be a network issue, because Nextel is notorious for bad service and reception.

The reason I think it's the phone is because seemingly most of the newer "slim" Nextel phones with the flat antennas are having these issues. Never a problem with my old i90 or new Powersource phones.
