sprint just doesnt understand that what sells is people! now they are introducing all these new policies that are not going to resolve their customer service problem one bit! i mean seriously, what does making sure that all the reps ask for an updated e-mail address have to do with fixing a customers issue! people want to be talked to by people not script readers!
