Re: Sprints problem
But things changed, and the Nextel execs starting jumping ship. When Sprint started tanking, Tim Donahue made the step to help save Sprint by taking over along with a multi-million dollar deal with SK Telecom. Sprint execs, knowing Donohue would come in and clean house, denied the offer. So Sprint continues to tank, and will continue to do so even further until they learn how to manage their business and products correctly.
Instead, what Sprint does, is make their reps go through hardship after hardship to find out why their customers hate them, making them fill out useless surveys that aren't even taken correctly because it's a waste of time and only makes the customers less patient. Sprint spends a lot of money in worthless, wasteful crap. Once they stop that and start doing the right things, they will start to do better.
