Sprints problem

The biggest problem with Sprint are their selling tactics. I am an agent for three major carriers. The most common thing I hear from customers is how their so called agent " fed them a line of bull to get the sale." They are always trying to make deals with customers all over the country rather than staying in a market they understand. Fraud is the second problem. People ordering phones on accounts other than theirs, with Nextel not really doing anything about it. I have been in this business for over 20 years. Nextel was a great company until they forgot about the customer and keeping their network strong.
