I have an ancient i870, and was wondering what the insurance replacement would be. Thanks to everyone in advance.

It all depends on if Signal (or Asurion) has the i870. Since the phones are refurbs they do sometimes get older models placed into their warehouse. I have heard both companies sending out i880's because they did not have the i870 in stock. They will let you know what phone they are sending you while your processing the claim.

Depends on the time and all. Sometimes they will have the i870, sometimes they'll go to the i880. Given that the i880 is not much more than a cosmetic enhancement, I'd keep with the i870. i870s have less random issues than i880s.

😳 Really? Lately my i870 has been possessed.... One question about the i880, is it easier to text with?
