We are a high proportion of complaints about the new phones where it pertains to reception... Existing customers "upgrading" their equipment are not happy. New customer who demo our phones with an i60 or i90 get their new i530 or i730 and the performance is not the same... Its a bit of a problem. One question, WHY?

I've been reading about this in the Howard Forums, as well. Any ideas Rich? Heard anything in regards to this type of problem...or is it just bunk?

i actually heard of this problem.

i suggest gettin the i710 the Rf performance is better than most of the other 3 digit phones.

try first to do a network ticker and to see if you actually have coverage in your area. then request a door to door service to get it fixed then if that doesnt work then ask tech support why are they having problems with your phone.

but i have seen a differnce in when i had the 730's, 530's and now i have the i710. i can try to find out what is the problem.

I'd thank you for the information, but I know it's wrong somehow.
