more training always helps with anything you can never train enough. as far as hiring less lias you dont find. and if you feel that a rep has lied to you. dont hesitate to talk to the asst. or store mgr. lying to a customer is not tolerated. plus are you even shoppng at a corp. store because lots of 3rd party stores look authentic but they are owned by joe blow. always shop corperate for the best deals and service
