Boost Phones On Nextel?
I seen a thing on sprints site that says you can bring your boost phone to the nextel network. But a sprint rep said it cannot be done, that boost phones do not work on the nextel network. I need a nextel phone. I was thinking that it would be great if I could get a I875 and use it on nextel with my old sprint number!!

Boost has always been on the NEXTEL iDEN network. The Sprint Rep. doesn't have a clue on that item.

I think if you want to use a Boost phone with a Nextel sim card, you have to have someone unlock it.

that is correct. if you want to bring boost over to nextel it must be unlocked. but nextel works on boost network by sim card swap.
