If I wanted to upgrade to new equipment as a existing customer is there any sort of processing fees involved or upgrade fees? Any feedback would be great. Thanks

Yes. You must sign a new 2-year contract or Nextel will charge $50.00 on your bill for equipment. There is a $35.00 processing fee as well.
