Increase in dropped calls for Nextel
seems like a capacity problem unless there are a lot of problems going on down there that the people with the service that puts the public safety personal first. This goes for Nextel customers as well as customers of any other carrier. If they can't supply the service you pay for without having constant issues that dont just last days, but weeks or months, don't wait it out cause then you're only wasting your hard earned mone...

nothing else you can do besides to pay the ETF and leave or just wait keep filing tickers and just get $60 back for the service you cant use. (usually nextel gives credits when it gets that bad)
And when they say they dont garauntee service, I'm sure they mean you should expect dropped calls, you should expect to hit dead spots. But not lose service at the providers fault, for who knows how long.
Of course, no technology is perfect. But when problems persist for long periods of time, it's hard to blame that on the technology, that's when the blame is put on the carrier for neglecting to resolve those problems in a timely fashion.
again, in the contracts it says doesnt gaurantee service. it means in-building as well as drop calls and for safety personal who come first in the network. stuff like that.
nextel does everything they can to help and get these problems fixed. sometimes there is nothing to do or may...
