What a Nightmare...Be wary
I placed an order with Sprint through wirefly.com, however, I was contacted by Sprint the next day saying there was a problem and I may need a deposit. Ok, no big deal, I call customer service, sit on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told that, oh, there’s no problem, everything should be fine. The very next day, I am again contacted, stating the SAME thing, this time I call wirefly, and tell them 2 cancel the order, and I place one with Verizon, which goes quite smoothly.

I do have to say that a year ago when I canceled a Nextel ic502 phone within the 30-day trial period, the cancellation and refund all went exactly as they said it would, and it all took place within the time-frame they outlined to me. It could be the difference between the Nextel side and the Sprint side; although a mere shadow of its former self, the Nextel side still seems to function way better than the Sprint side does.
My advice is, always wait at least a full week after cancelling one order before attempting to input a new order. NOBODY's system can digest the rapid-fire on-again/off-again order placemen...
