Unlimited ringtones, wallpapers, games, etc... ??
I visited this website ( www.mototones.com ) which said you can get Unlimited ringtones, wallpapers, games, etc... for only $30. Has anybody dealt with this company, or know of others that offer such a service. Is it probably just a big rip-off?

Yes i have ordered this service and i have had it for about 3 months and have not downloaded one song when my cousin did and with hers but with me i am having all the problems in the world with this mess. 😈

What phone do you have? Is it the same as your cousins? Was your cousin only able to download one song or did they download a lot of stuff?

When I was with Nextel I ordered from Mototones, and yes it is legitamite. I downloaded many ringtones and wallpapers. The process for putting wav files on your phone though is a big hassle, but they have many WAV's and Midi's on there already. Plus wallpapers, applications, and games.

😡 I visited mototones and paid for a lifetime subscription of ring-tones, downloads, screensavers and wallpapers and in their policy they said it would take 24 hours to send user name and password. Well in my case it has taken 48 hrs and still have not been successful. I DONOT RECCOMMEND the company to no one. It's a rip-off and I should've done my homework before I paid these guys 😢 😡

I signed up for mototones.com on dec 24, 2004 and i believe they are no longer a website because i never received an email saying the website was moving, and now if you try to type in the url it is an unknown. I think it was a scam but i got all the programs i need to make my own ringtones and wallpapers! so i guess it wasnt a total loss!

i was caught i the same scam. i just tried to log on and the url was not available. Is there anyway someone who was able to download the programs to make your own ringtones, send it to me?

Hi, I'm new here, but I saw this thread and had to reply: these folks are doing business as instatones.com now and if you try clicking on their contact us email address, it sends it to mototones.com which is not deliverable anymore. I have not received any answer to my repeated attempts to contact them, either at mototones or at instatones, either. How can we stop these scoundrels? DKS
