Sprint links both its networks for walkie-talkie call
So what you nextel guys think about that, about time. So anyone have word on phone availability.

Sprint just made their 1st iDEN walkie talkie to voice call for a few minutes. Until Sprint perfects the call quality, Sprint will deploy the phones or service.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I HOPE Whatever phones Sprint uses to carry this new technology will have cellular CDMA roaming, and not be all PCS like the current hybrids are.
