Does anyone know if this phone is available now for TMobile and if so does it have a speakerphone?

I spoke with the sales people (knowledgable ones) today and they said they get information on new releases at least 3 weeks in advance. They know of no new releases within the next 3 weeks. They said they expect to follow suit with the UK, but don't know for sure and don't know when.
