What an Adventure (T-Mobile Fact)

Let me start this off by saying, T-Mobile is the WORST service I ever seen! They suck in every aspect and there is no one that lives in my area that does not associate the word "suck" with T-Mobile those bastards, excuse my language, ripped me off.

It all started around January, when I wanted to buy the Samsung E715. I had been looking around online and it so happened that there was a T-Mobile booth in my local mall. Well, I do go to the mall a lot and can say that I had never seen it there before, quite odd it's right infront of finish line.

So over a couple weeks, I had gone there 2 or 3 times. My father and I were worried what the coverage map showed us, but one of the T-Mobile reps said "My service is perfect". Thats the first lie....

T-Mobile you disgust me.
It's not Tmobile you should be disgusted with, it's the idiots they hired to sell you their phones. Welcome to the world of commissioned salesmen. Always check with friends and family first (or here!) before going with any particular service.

Was it a direct T-Mobile corporate booth or just an independent dealer?

Like muchdrama said, its not the company... sadly like every wireless carrier, idiots do get hired.

Research every carrier before signing anything. T-Mobile direct dealers (the actual corporate retail booths, stores, kiosks) are equipped with an interactive map that can pinpoint down to a street address where there is coverage.

Sorry for your bad experience but the FCC isn't going to do anything.

THIS IS WHY T-MOBILE GIVES YOU A 14 TRIAL PERIOD. IF IT DIDNT WORK IN THOSE 14 DAYS YOU COULD HAVE CANCELLED WITHOUT GETTING THE TERMINATION FEE. YOUR ACTIONS ARE MORE DISCUSTING; YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU HAD 14 DAYS TO USE THE SERVICES, AND IF IT DIDNT WORK FOR YOU THEN YOU CAN CANCEL W/O PENALTIES.

It's a shame shameless what people will do for a sale, I empathize with you however I would point the finger directly at the sales person and not T Mobile, It's unfair for you, the shopper, and T Mobile the carrier for being so misrepresented.

😡 There is a 14 day return policy for a reason. It's so you can test out the equipment and the service and make sure that it is going to work for you. If you don't return the phone or cancel the service within that policy that's your own damn fault. You did sign a contract that clearly states with a bulleted point the return policy.

🤣 Like luckygirl8411 said, You are the one to blame (you're the idiot for not cancelling within the 14 day trial period if you were having such grave leveled troubles with the service), not the retailer and certainly not T-Mobile. I have had troubles with carriers like Sprint P(hantom) C(ellular) S(ervice) (Better yet, P(retty) C(rappy) S(ervice)), A(lways) T(edious) & T(roublesome), and Cingular service plural billing. All three of these suck bad!!!! And with me, you only get one chance to make the first good impression.

I've been with T-Mobile for over two years now and knock on wood no problems in that time with the exception of some moderate degrading of call quality....we had 2 V60g phones and upgraded both to X105 Samsungs an...

I wouldn't say that the guy is an idiot for not cancelling within the 14 day trial period. Some of the T-mobile phones that I have sold didn't show any problems until a month or 2 after they were activated.

Now granted, if the service was this bad, it is his fault for not researching ALL of the available carriers.

Here in Arizona, T-mobile is great, as long as you only plan on using your phone in either the Phoenix metro area, or in just Flagstaff, or just in Tucson. It also gives some coverage on the major highways, thats it. Thats about 10% of the state, maybe.

Here the best choices are Sprint, Verizon, or Alltel because the CDMA coverage actually lets you go other places. And lets face it, when the temperature reaches 115...

I love how you blame the salesman. I am a salesman for t-mobile and a student. Guess what we don't drive around checking every single little place in the whole world. T-Mobile has a coverage map that shows where our towers are and where their signal can reach. That being said, it says right before the map that this doesn't garantee that your phone will work in every area. (all carriers have this clause)

You knew about the 14 day deal. I always tell my customers that they should never trust the salesman, just try it out and bring it back if you don't like it. You are obviously an idiot, trust me you signed a contract so you are stuck. Also there is nothing you can do to get out of it, other then the $200 early termination.

You have 14 days to try the service out and if you find you it is not working out for you within that time and decide to cancel after the 14 days...you do the math...your loss. I don't understand if it wasn't working for you why didn't you cancel, also I believe the best way to research a carrier in you area is to speak to a customer who happens to have that service and what their opion of the service and go from there...hello! Shop around! Don't put a carrier down because they don't fit your needs, just find another one that does, and of course, like mom and dad said, do your homework. It's your money.

Yeah, I agree with everyone here. It's the salesperson that lies.. Unfortunately, that's what happens. I know with Wireless Retail, a lot of them lie because they don't even get an hourly wage anymore... they live on commission... so they'll say ANYTHING to get you to buy, including lies that they'll promise you something that they don't even have. I have seen this problem everytime I'm positioned at Wireless Retail and I have only worked with T-mobile for about two weeks.

And you should've cancelled within 14 days, then you wouldn't have gotten a cancellation fee at all. From what I'm understanding, you should've noticed right away that you're not getting reception in your area and should've cancelled right then. Or did this sales perso...
