Did your plan change after doing this? Currently I have 25 loyalty minutes per month and 500 free text messegaes under my old contract. Did this change once you got the new phone?
As for the loyalty minutes go, I do not know if you were educated on the way they work; They usually expire 6 months from the date they were given to you. No matter if you upgrade or not. 😉

In my case, I got the phone through tmobile. I didn't even try going through one of the 3rd party companies because I didn't even know where to begin untangling the mess that would most likely have created. Perhaps I was unnecessarily over-cautious.
